Southwest Florida has long been an attractive destination with foreign buyers and favorable exchange rates, combined with the new affordability of homes, has created an exceptional opportunity for overseas buyers to fulfill their dreams. With local inventory declining rapidly this opportunity could spur new home construction and job growth and get us back on the path to prosperity.
