Luxury home builder’s Magnolia estate home model won for every award it entered including revered product design of the year in the single family home $3.5 million – $4.0 million category
Naples, Florida (September 27, 2016) – Diamond Custom Homes earned a record 12 awards during the 26th annual Sand Dollar Awards ceremony presented by the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) on Sept. 23 at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon.
Emceed by ABC-TV co-anchors Krista Fogelsong and Amy Diffenbach, more than 465 people attended the gala where 234 etched glass sand dollar awards were bestowed upon CBIA member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades, marketing, sales and advertising professionals who demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence.
According to president Michael Diamond, the Naples-based luxury custom home builder won every award entered for its exquisite Magnolia estate home model in the prominent Quail West Golf & Country Club community including the prestigious Product Design of the Year — Single Family Homes $3.5 million to $4.0 million category. Available at $3,895,000, the fully furnished Magnolia model features architectural designs by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects, interior designs of Lou Shafran of Pacifica Interior Designs and architectural landscape designs by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design.

In addition, six more sand dollars were awarded to Diamond for Best Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $2.0 million to $2.25 million; Best Smart Home $2.0 million – $2.25 million; Best Outdoor Living Area $30,000 – $50,000; Best Use of Custom Wood $30,001 – $50,000; Best Flooring Over $50,000; Best Master Suite Under $50,000 and Best Kitchen Design $50,001 – $100,000.
