Luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes continues to make significant strides in the construction of a 12,401 square-foot spec home on Indian Pipe Way in Grey Oaks. The project is on track to meet the expected completion date of summer 2025.
The architectural design for the custom estate is by Kukk Architecture and Design, with interior design by Knot + Tide Interiors and landscape architecture by Outside Productions Inc.
Since breaking ground in January 2024, construction milestones have been marked by a series of key updates including the installation of metal framing, windows and doors, followed by inspections; deck slab preparation and inspection; HVAC, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, followed by inspections; pre-drywall walk with the designer; the beginning of stucco application and drywall, and the beginning of exterior painting. In the next two months, construction crews will focus on continued exterior painting; roof tile and metal roof installation; interior priming of walls and ceiling painting; installation of interior wood floors; tile floor layout and installation of bathroom, shower and wall tiles; the beginning of interior trim installation, and the installation of exterior tile and pool deck tiles.

At completion, the southern exposure residence’s expansive floor plan will span two living levels, with six bedrooms, six full baths and three half-baths in an open-concept design to include a den, loft and a large kitchen with adjacent bar and wine room. The second floor will feature its own club room, nearby powder room and utility room, while the spacious outdoor living area will include a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, bar, fireplace and fire pit. A 1,471 square-foot detached garage with second-floor guest suite will add further luxury and flexibility to the residence.
Exterior features will include smooth stucco in extra white color with Andersen windows, doors and garage doors in black. The entry drive will consist of pewter and charcoal tri-circle pavers in a herringbone pattern. Black iron handcrafted doors with impact glass will grace the front entrance, completed by shell stone entry flooring. The outdoor living area will feature a black trellis.
