Diamond Custom Homes has announced the completion of three new private residences, one new model home and one residential remodel project in the last five months in Quail West Golf & Country Club. The company also has two new residences currently under construction in the community. Most recently, the company completed a new private residence located at 6553 Highcroft Drive. In April, Diamond Custom Homes completed the remodel of an existing 6,686 square foot estate with the construction of a 1,256 square foot under air home addition and a new outdoor landscape design. Key efforts also include a new roof, new gourmet kitchen featuring Edge custom cabinetry, new flooring, and a new pool deck with outdoor kitchen. Built in 2007, two-story, French chateau-designed single-family home sits on an oversized lot with glorious views of the 18th green at Quail West’s championship Lakes Golf Course. The Laurène is a 8,485 total square foot model home designed by architect Rich Guzman of RG Designs, with interior design by Rick Foreman of Pacifica Interior Design, and landscape architecture by Pat Trefz of Outside Productions Inc. The model estate has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a four car garage. The Laurène is offered at $4.795 million furnished.
In January, a new residence in the Estate neighborhood at 13491 Williston Way was completed. The 9,117-square-foot private residence is 2-story floorplan design with six bedrooms, six full baths and two half-baths. The home showcases a British West Indies architectural style by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects, landscape architecture by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, and interior design by Mark Vanagas and Lusia “Lou” Shafran of Pacifica Interior Design.
In December 2018, Diamond Custom Homes completed a new private residence located at 5888 Burnham Road. The residence has extensive floor-to-ceiling windows in a five bedroom, five bath and two half-bath design with a four-car garage. Its contemporary architectural style was designed by John Cooney of Stofft Cooney Architects with landscape architecture by Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, It is situated on a .77-acre, south-facing corner home site overlooking the tenth hole of Quail West’s Arthur Hills-designed Championship golf course.
