Diamond Custom Homes Begins High-Rise Condominium Remodel in Park Shore’s Aria

Diamond Custom Homes has begun a condominium remodeling project in Aria at Park Shore.

Diamond Custom Homes has announced the construction commencement for a ninth floor high-rise condominium remodeling project in Aria located at 4501 Gulf Shore Boulevard, 10 buildings north of Park Shore Drive.

The homeowners purchased the residence in May 2018, and contacted Diamond Custom Homes for their significant remodel. “We are thrilled with the opportunity to reimagine this residence,” says Michael Diamond, President of Diamond Custom Homes. “Building relationships is important to us, and we look forward to using our experience and expertise to make this a residence the homeowners will fully enjoy.”

Key aspects of the renovation include remodeling the kitchen and master bath of the four bedroom, four bath residence with just over 4,000 square feet of living area. The interior design is being provided by Lusia “Lou” Shafran of Pacifica Interior Design with cabinetry design provided by Lorri Purin of Edge Cabinetry.
