Luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes has begun construction for a 12,401 square foot spec home on Indian Pipe Way in Grey Oaks.
The custom home’s architectural design is conceived by Kukk Architecture and Design. Interior design will be completed by Knot + Tide Interiors, with landscape architecture by Outside Productions Inc.

The southern-exposure residence will offer an expansive floor plan spanning two living levels. The estate will include six bedrooms, den and loft in an open design with six full baths, three half-baths, a second-floor powder room off the club room, and a 1,471 square-foot detached garage with second-floor guest suite. The home’s first living level will feature a study and a large kitchen with ample storage, built-in pantry, adjacent bar and wine room. The great room, highlighted by voluminous ceilings and a fireplace, will offer views of the outdoor living area. The second floor will include its own club room and utility room. A spacious outdoor living area will include a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, bar, fireplace and fire pit.
Exterior features will include smooth stucco in extra white color with Andersen windows, doors and garage doors in black. The entry drive will consist of pewter and charcoal tri-circle pavers in a herringbone pattern. Black iron handcrafted doors with impact glass will grace the front entrance, completed by shell stone entry flooring. The outdoor living area will feature a black trellis.
Completion is anticipated in early 2025.
