By July 24, 2012Press

Grey Oaks Realty announced that Diamond Custom Homes’ luxurious Bougainvillea villa model in the Torino neighborhood within Grey Oaks Country Club is now under contract. The Bougainvillea offers 3,170 square feet under air with a large master suite, 2 guest bedrooms, 3.5 baths, study, formal living and dining rooms, an island kitchen, family room, lanai, pool and 2-car garage. The model also features an optional outdoor kitchen and spa. The finishes and attention to detail one would expect in a golf course community of Grey Oaks’ prestige are found throughout the home.

The Bougainvillea is the latest new construction residence to go to contract in Grey Oaks. Grey Oaks Realty recently announced that ten new-build villa residences have sold in Traditions, an enclave of luxury villa and coach home residences within Grey Oaks Country Club. The Villas of Traditions at Grey Oaks features three floor plans ranging from 2,642 to 4,476 square feet under air priced from $690,000 to $840,000.

The Bougainvillea is one of three model residences built by Diamond Custom Homes and Gulfshore Homes that are currently open in Grey Oaks’ distinctive Torino and Miramonte villa neighborhoods. Diamond Custom Homes is poised to begin construction on a fourth model residence.

Torino is a captivating enclave of distinctive luxury villas. Old World Tuscan charm emanates through ornately designed architecture, charming streetscapes and lush tropical landscapes. One and two-story residences on brick-paved cul-de-sac streets offer luxury villa living that takes full advantage of the picturesque surroundings and prestigious Grey Oaks address.

Miramonte is a private enclave of 36 luxurious villas that reflect the graceful elegance that is a Grey Oaks hallmark. This genuine Mediterranean village is designed to maximize the exclusive Naples lifestyle found only at Grey Oaks. Each exquisite residence offers a natural elegance and charm, from enticing interior accents to exterior features and beyond. One and two-story villas line brick paved cul-de-sac streets where fine architecture blends easily with Grey Oaks’ lush foliage and tropical scenery. Lake and garden view villas welcome residents home to the colorful charm and beauty of Mediterranean design that perfectly complements Grey Oaks’ distinctive ambiance.

Pacifica Interior Design’s soft modern style gives the Bougainvillea the feeling of a New York penthouse that is elegant yet provides a comfortable place to relax while surrounded by clean-lined furnishings and gentle light colors. A contemporary silk pinstriped rug with green grey and blue grey tones provides the foundation for the home’s overall color palette that includes icy blues, sages and icy greens that translate into shades of grey. The walls are done in Sherwin Williams’ conservative grey, a flat tone that conveys a bluish caste in some light. The clean, simple 24 x 24 porcelain floors are intermingled with scrubbed white oak that has a subtle grey wash to soften the wood’s natural gold tones. Creama marfil marble mosaics are inset at some room thresholds. Tall arched openings lead from one space within the home to the next.

The foyer’s white linen drum hanging lighting fixture, 3-drawer wooden console with buffet lamps, round silver mirror and 12-inch crown and baseboard moldings that anchor the tall walls establish the home’s modern style that features many classical elements presented in a contemporary fashion. The dining room to the right of the foyer has a custom designed circular table with a contemporary drum base and a slab top with a high-gloss dark wood finish. Parson style chairs are upholstered in grey linen fabric. A white and clear glass lighting fixture over the table has the look of a sculpture and adds a variety of shapes to an otherwise clean-lined room. An elegant, beautifully executed classical pencil drawing of a nude is presented in a contemporary matted and framed treatment. Striped two-toned drapes accentuate the tall coffered ceiling.

Situated to the left of the foyer, the study has scrubbed white oak flooring and a white oak built-in against a dark-stained background. A partners’ desk is finished to match the cabinetry and plays against monochromatic accessories done in white, black and silver. A Quad coffered ceiling with a contemporary armillary chandelier done in a brushed steel finish, a bar cabinet and camel and cream Chevron pattern drapes with grommet tops complete the look.

The Bougainvillea’s living room is designed to allow both easy conversation and freedom of movement. Matching transitional skirted sofas, two arm chairs with curved wooden arms and a large bench all done in the same linen fabric are positioned in the center of the room away from the walls to create a large seating area. The walls are free to serve as a gallery for stretched gallery pieces and framed classical prints. The seating is grouped around three x-base end tables that have been grouped together to form a coffee table that offers a clean, interesting look.

A giant wrapped canvas classical nude is the focal point of the vestibule to the master suite. In the master bedroom, the full skirted bed has an upholstered headboard and is topped by an off-white velvet comforter with accent pillows that have a jewel-like quality. A sunburst steel mirror is set over the bed. Clean-lined nightstands are presented in a dark finish with silver knobs and mercury glass lamps. A tall, custom wood cabinet is also finished in a darker tone and has antique mirror insets on the doors. This dramatic piece can be used to store clothes or to accommodate a television. Traditional botanical drawings are presented in a contemporary treatment with light lines over a dark background. In the master bath, the cream colored marble floor has a jade colored onyx mosaic inset that has been laid in a consistent direction to lengthen the room. Calcutta gold marble counters are set over cabinetry that has been designed with traditional panel doors that feature a unique mirror detail. The walls are faux finished in a two-tone strie pattern.

The family room, breakfast area and kitchen flow together and have scrubbed white oak floors that are juxtaposed against dark wood furnishings and accents. The cabinetry on the large island in the kitchen is dark toned and topped by a hard to fine green glitter granite with polished flat edges. The perimeter cabinetry is white with frosted glass panels at the top that have been back lit. A Viking appliance package includes a wine cooler. Barstools at a raised countertop are also done in a darker wood tone as are the two k-pattern bases at the breakfast table. A contemporary built-in in the family room continues the darker tone and is complemented by furnishings that include a linen sofa, dark wooden end tables with mirrored insets and mercury lamps, an oversized ottoman that serves as a coffee table and corded, jute-style area rug.
