The Magnolia, Diamond Custom Homes’ luxury estate home model overlooking the second fairway of Quail West’s Lakes course, has been sold according to Michael Diamond, founder and CEO of the Naples-based custom homebuilder.

“Our custom home-building company was created in 2010. To date, we have built 21 homes in Quail West and currently have six additional homes in various phases of construction,” said Diamond.

The model features four bedrooms, four 4.5 baths with 5,541 square feet under air and 8,063 square feet under roof, including a three-car side-entry garage, plus additional space for golf cart storage.
The Magnolia is a collision of southern charm and elegance and sophistication and modern amenities. The Magnolia blends modern features including a media room, bar with wine storage, Pompeii quartz counter tops and a custom made parsons table crafted from recycled glass with traditional touches of custom distressed hickory wood floors and bold, detailed wood work throughout the home, floor to ceiling pocketing sliders opening to the outdoor living area with custom pool and spa.
The open-concept first floor plan includes a great room, complete with 10-foot tongue-and-groove ceilings accentuated by wooden beams. Unique and exquisite features include a full wet bar with wine refrigeration, a professional grade coffee lounge with Miele dual coffee/espresso machine, custom-built cabinetry, a dining area, gourmet island kitchen and a lounge area.
