Held at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon in Naples, the awards are the highest accolades given by the CBIA – presented each year to member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades, marketing, sales and advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence.
St. Kitts was the recipient of Product Design of the year for a single family home over $3.5 million, Best Use of Custom Wood above $50,000 and Best Kitchen Design above $100,000 all in the builder category. The recognition acts as a reaffirmation to the exceptional quality of the home itself, as well as the hard work and commitment put into it by the entire Diamond team.
